Had to seat our self. No one came and took our order we had to go get some one. They took our order but never brought our drinks.
Had to wait on pizza at the Buffett. They were making them one at a time. Service poor had to ask for silverware.
You have 1 star because thats the least I can give!! I order food, and EVERY time I go in here they are always out of something!! Have had so many problems with this Pizza Hut. The first time it looked like someone SAT on my pizza and breadsticks, the second time I go in all male employees are chewing tobacco WHILE preparing food. And now they supposedly called me to tell me they were out of wings, but they didnt call, they tried to force me to pay for my order!! I have contacted corporate MANY times over this Pizza Hut and they do NOTHING. Do NOT waste your time here!!!
We waited over an hour inside for our food. They had to pull someone in from the parking lot (smoking) to take our order. Then it took 1 hour. They were making orders for drive thru and not us three in dining area. Then we had to find our own plates, were served dirty napkins, and an order of wings that werent ours. Food was fine. Then we saw an employee come in and started making pizzas and didnt wash his hands. No wonder people get sick when eating out. On the upside. We were comped our meal.
Sundays 1215-1245 church group's come in every Sunday. Every Sunday little to no pizza on the bar salad bar often not stocked well. Pizza hut our only choice in town. Please we want to eat here but getting pretty discouraged. Donna Wells
